Details & Design
This red velvet hat is styled as a beret with elastic in the lower edge. There is fiberfill stuffing between the shell and the lining to give the headpiece a full plump look. The bulging eyeballs are made of foam and the set of antennas on the top of the hat are made of wire and covered in the same polyester fabric.
