I did not read the description for these items, I just looked at the picture and ordered them. When they arrived, we were surprised by the HOT PINK handles (they look red in the photos). The silver paint on the blades and stars also rubs off and leaves a metallic residue on your hands. The guards on the sword handles popped off after about one minute of playing as well, but that's nothing a hot glue gun can't fix. We took the pink wraps off the handles too so they will work for my son's red and black ninja costume, but the title for these weapons definitely should mention THEY ARE PINK.
