Fashion Forward
Most times, when a call to come and catch a ghost is made, a standard tan jumpsuit is the best choice. It gives the wearer a full range of mobility and it pairs well with all the necessary tools a Ghostbuster needs. However, when a call comes in telling the team they'll be intervening between ghosts and the members of a high society gala, it's time to reach for an ensemble that is a little more appropriate for such a formal occasion.
Unfortunately, up until recently, a Ghostbuster's only options were a standard tan suit or a slightly newer style that just went up for sale at the hardware store. What could a fashion-conscious Ghostbuster do? Hopefully, they would reach out to the people who can get something special whipped up for them. We're those people and we were happy to help! We had a lot to consider when designing this women's Ghostbusters uniform. The new option couldn't be a pantsuit—every team member already has that style covered. If we went with a dress though, we'd need to make sure it would still function at the same standards as the traditional jumpsuit.
Design & Details
With this Made By Us Ghostbusters Dress, any Ghostbuster will be set to keep catching ghosts without compromising on their impeccable sense of fashion. The dress is made with a sturdy polyester fabric and offers comfort and easy cleaning (perfect for if you run into Slimer again). When on assignment (even in case of formal attire) you need to be able to move, so the skirt on the dress doesn't restrict mobility. You'll look as uniform as ever in the same tan as your favorite go-to jumpsuit. And of course, you'll be prepared to catch the next ghost or ghoul with the trusty proton pack included with this dress.

Height 5’0” | Size 4XI am typically a size 20 in EVERYTHING, but based on reviews, I went with the 4x and it fits!! So, I’d say size up twice if you want a comfortable fit. For a more fitted fit, just size up once. I am also ONLY 5’0” and the back is pretty short, but I am wearing black leggings with it, so no bigger. Height 5'5" | Weight 360 | Size 4XI typically wear a 3x/4x in everything. I ordered a 4x after reading some reviews and hearing that this site is close to true size from a blogger thinking a 5x would have been too big! Turns out in this costume I probably would have needed close to a 6x costume. When it comes to these costumes always order based on measurements. Height 5'4 | Size 4XI got the 4xl, I typically wear a 3xl so I was hoping it would be a good size. I could barley zip it over my chest. Also, to say this is a dress is a joke, it's not even long enough to be a tunic. The design definitely doesn't look good as a shirt either. The belt that comes with it is smaller then the costume itself. Size 2XI’m a size 16 and a 40G and this fits so cute and it’s even flattering! High quality and well made! I tried the 1X at first but it was too tight. I’m only giving this 4 stars because the belt it comes with rides up on me so I’ll have to keep adjusting it. Annnd the tag on the belt with the “Ghostbusters” logo and size are sewn onto the OUTSIDE of the belt! Size 4XI was really excited for this one but it was not for me. It fit but was a touch too tight for my taste. Also it was shorter than I expected so it had to go back.

Height 5 foot 8 inches | Weight 290 | Size 3XThis was my second chance at being a Ghostbuster for Halloween. I went by the size guide and the costume is too small. I am 5’8 and it is pretty much and tunic on me NOT a dress. The arms are a little snug, and it is very snug in the chest area. I am a size 44H, so that is understandable but it’s extremely tight. I’m gonna make it work though and have it open up top and where black leggings underneath. I do love the proton pack backpack and the options for the name tags.
