Its attached black satin vest panel fastens up the front behind printed red heart "buttons." The white chiffon dickey fastens behind your neck. The matching twill pants have a comfortable elastic waistband. Love the crown and all the hearts on the costume. Very complete - makes a statement. The size chart measurements though indicated that I should wear a medium so I ordered that. But the sleeves were way short; the chest was inches off as well. I am reordering and will request one or maybe even two sizes larger.Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
