This all-in-one jumpsuit is made of 100% polyester fabric with polyurethane foam padding in the chest and shoulders to give it that armor-plated look—without actually weighing down your little Fett. The back features an attached drape at the waistline for maximum dramatic flair (essential for standing on sand dunes and brooding).
Foam gauntlets are stitched to the sleeves, and boot covers are built right in with elastic bands that fit over shoes—so your child can stomp through trick-or-treat routes like a mini Mandalorian menace. The jumpsuit secures easily at the back with hook and loop fastener, perfect for parents and Padawans in a rush.
Top it all off with the molded plastic mask, complete with an elastic band and foam padding for a comfy fit. The mesh visor allows for limited vision, which is fine—Boba Fett doesn’t need to see everything to know he’s winning.

This is our third Boba Fett costume for a 5-year-old, and the first one bought from here. By far, the best one yet. Great quality — it's lightweight without feeling cheap.
