- Cute, but not perfectBy Anonymous | September 26, 2016When the costume arrived and we took it out of the bag, the plastic hoop that was supposed to give the cupcake paper its circular top had been twisted out of shape and didn't lay right at all. I contacted halloweencostumes.com and was told it was out of stock for replacement but they offered a discount. My granddaughter has her heart set on this, so I accepted the discount. I ended up opening the seam that held in the plastic and removed it. It was not fixable at all, so I opened up a metal hanger, straightened it and then made it into a round shape. Put it back in the seam and sewed it back up. That worked fine and it now has the proper shape. If you're not handy , I don't recommend this costume.Was this review helpful to you?
