The boot covers are what made the outfit! We got so many compliments! They are just too cute! The back has Velcro and they never slid down during all the events we wore them to during the month of October. We walked a lot and they stayed in place. They are just perfect! They fit a little above the knee and they have the Velcro so there is no falling down while walking.
