The pink elastic belt has trailing streamers of ruched pink and sheer blue-green organza sewn around its circumference. The wide pink hat is made of organza and features a ruffled edge from which ruffly pink and blue-green organza streamers hang. Go ahead and swish them around: You know you want to!
