This costume captures that playful spirit with shimmering fabrics and whimsical details inspired by Ariel's loyal best friend.
Design & Details
The spandex dress features an off-shoulder sweetheart neckline with a shimmering yellow bodice accented by blue stretch screen printed stripes. Blue crystal organza puffed sleeves add dimension, while turquoise organza trim decorates the chest ruffle, pairing perfectly with the matching headband. The bright yellow tulle skirt includes blue and turquoise striped sequin accents, plus a charming blue organza tail detail along the side.
