Podracing Practice Starts Early
Anakin Skywalker was nine years old, stuck on Tatooine, and already on the path to becoming the best pilot in the galaxy. That's not a boast, it's just the Force doing its thing. Something about this kid radiated destiny, even covered in sand and engine grease, grinning at a podracer twice his size. This toddler-sized STAR WARS: The Phantom Menace™ Anakin costume captures the look of the scrappy, wide-eyed kid who thought he could do anything!
Design & Details
The set includes a sand-colored wrap robe with a hook and loop closure, matching pants with an elastic waistband, a waist tie, and a faux leather brown belt with a foam-structured interior and rectangular buckle hardware. Sublimated wrist guards and boot covers add wrapped bandage-style texture lifted from Tuskan Raider-inspired artwork.
The star piece is the plastic molded half helmet in a weathered gray and red finish, complete with integrated blue-lens goggle eyepieces and an elastic interior band. A faux leather brown cowl hood with a zipper closure and balaclava-style fit wears underneath, completing the Mos Espa racing look from helmet strap to boot.
Bound for Adventure
