The sleeves feature red, yellow, and blue scalloped layers that resemble parrot wing feathers. The yellow boot covers secure under each foot with elastic bands and are soft-sculpted to look like parrot feet. The attached red hood is decorated with an appliqued printed eye patch, a fabric beak, and a black pirate hat with an embroidered skull and crossbones image.

Size 4TADORABLE costume. Wish the sizing went a little higher. Bought it for a pirate-themed kids running event—absolutely perfect character. Sizing is a little small, and I wish the zipper went all the way down to the bottom like a jacket. I think it’s supposed to reach a little lower, more like a tunic, but it’s a little awkward to put on/off and sits just like a long jacket on my kid who’s usually a solid 4T top. Other than that, it’ll totally work and we’re looking forward to enjoying this while it fits!!Was this review helpful to you?
