Don't call the exorcist! This exclusive Light Up Ghost Costume for Toddlers is one spirit that you'll want to have floating around on Halloween. The pullover dress has a hooded satin bodice overlaid with a layer of tulle that's decorated with an all-over print of five-pointed stars. The wide, bell-shaped sleeves are also made of the sheer tulle. The dress's full skirt is decorated with a string of LED lights between the solid satin underskirt and the tulle overlay. When activated via the attached battery pack, the lights have three distinct modes.
