This sweet blue dress has dainty puffed sleeves and a Peter Pan collar trimmed with black rickrack. The skirt ends at the knee and poufs beautifully when twirled (and we know she'll want to twirl!) The attached white pinafore is edged with delicate white lace, black rickrack, and a perky bow. It comes with a black headband to keep her curls in place while she's conversing with the Caterpillar.
