Meet the Rotten Ringmaster with Clown Cage Animatronic—proof that not every clown wants to make you laugh. Some just want to trap smaller clowns in cages and whisper unsettling things into the darkness. Standing a towering 7 feet tall and turning side to side like he's scanning the crowd for his next victim, this sinister showman isn’t here to run a circus—he is the nightmare you had after one.
Cage? Check. Captive evil clown? Also check. Deeply disturbing energy? Oh, absolutely.
Design & Details
This animatronic includes a power cord and setup instructions, plus a metal stand and a body made of plastic, fabric, and 100% unsettling vibes. Dressed in classic ringmaster style (if your ringmaster was cursed by a haunted calliope), he moves side to side while holding a barred cage containing a very unhappy clown. He also delivers creepy phrases in a voice that says, “I’m not technically a demon, but I do have hobbies.”
Control options include a volume dial, on/off switch, try-me button, and motion sensor activation. Want extra drama? It’s compatible with a step pad (sold separately) for scare-on-demand action. Designed for indoor use or covered outdoor spaces—just don’t let this guy get wet. Seriously, he seems like the type to multiply.

I really do like this animatronic. It's got several great phrases and the kids really enjoy it. But it is without a doubt one of the most difficult props to assemble that I have ever had. The ringmaster clown itself it not bad at all, but the cage for the mini clown is HORRID. The cage is made out of extremely thin plastic, my guess is to save weight. But the four corner bars are attached using pressure pins, and the cage poles will warp and bend rather than clicking into place. I finally got it together, but I was completely unable to disassemble after Halloween. It's going to have to be stored intact. I even got desperate enough to try to cut it apart with PVC pipe cutters, but even that didn't work. The pipes just bent and pinched together rather than cutting. I've also found that the two support poles that attach the cage to the larger clown are difficult to work with. They tend to pop out of their brackets while you are trying to assemble the cage. I do like this one, but if you don't want to store the cage fully assembled, this might not be the prop for you.Was this review helpful to you?

Mine was defected and they replaced him quick and fast. I love that this prop talks, his eyes light up, so tall and speaks loud and clear. A great buy for the cost.
