Welcome to the clinic! The doctor will be seeing you shortly. You'll be happy to hear that she's the best of the best, although her training is a little unorthodox. In fact, we're not sure she has any at all, but she really looks official, so we trust her. Plus, she clearly knows how to use a stethescope. That's really the only criteria we're looking for here.
