Design & Details
The poplin jacket features vest panels sewn directly into the side and shoulder seams for a layered colonial look without extra bulk. The vest panels fasten at the center front with gold-tone plastic buttons, while matching decorative buttons accent the jacket lapels and turned-up sleeve cuffs. Two false pocket flaps add tailored flair, and narrow broadcloth ruffles at the sleeve ends create the appearance of shirt cuffs peeking through.
Poplin pants feature elastic at the waist and cuffs, which sit just below the knees for an authentic silhouette. A ruffled broadcloth cravat secures with a hook-and-loop fastener on its fabric neckband. Faux-leather chest straps attach to the jacket at the shoulders and side seams, and the faux-leather tricorne hat completes the distinguished look.
