Who needs a second head when you've got five sassy snakes and a killer fashion sense? This Women's Celia Costume from Monsters, Inc. is the perfect blend of adorable and bizarre. With scaly charm and posable snake-hair flair, you'll go from human to top-scarer's girlfriend faster than you can say "Googly Bear."
The look is straight out of the movie: a green-scale tunic, faux fur collar, bubblegum-pink tentacle leggings, and a headband topped with five posable snakes and one very expressive eye. It's a full transformation in three pieces, tunic, pants with attached tentacle shoe covers, and headband, ready for trick-or-treating, a Pixar-themed party, or just being the most lovable cyclops in the building.
Product Details
Officially licensed by Disney, this costume is made from 100% polyester with a faux fur collar and foam-backed headband. The tunic has some give but isn't a stretch fabric, so use the size chart and size accordingly. It fastens with a hook-and-loop closure down the back, and flip-back mitts on the sleeves free your fingers when it's time to grab a snack or file some paperwork at Monsters, Inc. HQ.
The pants have an elastic waistband and attached shoe covers with three curled tentacles at each ankle, worth knowing the tentacles do shorten your stride a bit, so this costume shines best for parties and photos rather than a lot of walking. The headband's five snakes are wired so you can pose them however you like, but the headband itself is lightweight rather than rigid, some wearers find it needs a bobby pin or two to stay put through a full night.
Care & Fit: Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent, then air dry. Skip the dryer to protect the faux fur and foam pieces.

The costume was just as expected, and shipping was fast. My only issue was with the headpiece. It is attached to a wide, hard plastic headband that was already uncomfortable, but in order for the headpiece to sit correctly, the headband had to be tilted forward on top, making the sides lie several inches behind the ears. The Celia costume is cute but the headband is very poorly constructed. The threads were minimal and came torn right out of the package.. The snakes are hard to configure to fit properly with such a small head band to hold the awkward somewhat heavy, sewn together in odd places snakes. I reached out to customer service and they stated it was not defective it is meant for that so the customer can place the snakes wherever. Height 5'2" | Weight 125 | Size SmallI ordered a small and the costume fit great! The fit was slightly loose but comfortable and still had a good shape. The snakes are a bit heavy for the headband that they come on but I just used hair clips to keep it in place and it worked just fine. There were some complaints about the tenticles at the feet being a problem but I didn't find them too difficult to deal with. I was able to drive and go to work all day with them and did just fine. I have purchased many costumes from this website, and the quality is always excellent. However, this costume was so cheaply made and the fabric was a step above pantyhose thickness. I wore it to my office costume contest and did nothing too extreme in it. I laterally sat at my desk and had lunch. That's it. By the end of the day, there were runs (like in pantyhose) in the rear end of the pants, and they were so loose I couldn't even wear them out that night. I bought this costume in hopes of a cute family monsters inc Halloween. However, the tentacles were the worst trying to walk in. Unless you enjoy falling. The headpiece wouldn’t even stay on because it was heavy and super awkward.
