This Monsters Inc. Deluxe Boo Costume is for the little ones who are ready to infiltrate the monster world like it's daycare but spookier (and with more paperwork).
From the bendy-stalk eyeballs to the oversized purple tunic that says “I will hide in a monster’s backpack if necessary,” this costume brings that Pixar charm with a side of adorable chaos. Warning: may cause random adults to quote Roz at your child for the next four hours.
Product Details
This officially licensed costume includes a soft shirt with attached mitts (for those monster claw moments), a metallic-finish tunic with printed scales, and a headpiece with a fabric hood tucked inside. Everything fastens with hook and loop closures, so getting dressed doesn’t turn into a full musical montage. Unless you want it to.
The tunic is foam-filled for that perfect puffy monster look, and the headpiece allows your toddler to see through the mouth—because eyeholes in the eyeballs would be a little too on-brand. The eyeballs themselves are stuffed and wired, so you can bend them into maximum googly-ness before Boo makes her debut.

This costume is adorable, and the detail in design is so good, and accurate to the movie! It’s really like a real life Boo disguise that they made! Also the way that it is styled/made, allows it to fit a range of different sizes. So it can be kept or used for a long time. However, the reason I took off a star in my rating, is because the hat/headpiece is a little awkward, and fits like it’s too big and loose. The eyeball pieces/antennas on top are too heavy, and makes it constantly fall down. It kept falling into my daughter’s eyes/face, and we could not get it to stay up and on her head.
