Be the queen of the skies when you wear this exclusive Girl's Royal Rainbow Costume Dress! The approximately knee-length dress has a stylish one-shouldered design and a full skirt. It has printed flowing purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red stripes and a shiny white sash sewn into the elastic waistline. A colorful stiffened felt rainbow with puffy white clouds attaches behind your shoulder blades. The outfit comes with a golden headband topped by stiffened fabric "sun rays."
