Thunder Lizard
Talk all you like about the T-Rex being the King of the Lizards: The brontosaurus was equally cool! Its name literally means "Thunder Lizard," which we can only assume refers to how loud its footsteps were as it stomped across Pangaea. The dino could weigh up to seventeen tons and grow up to seventy-two feet long, after all. The next time the grownups in your life ask to be just a little quieter, remind them that a brontosaurus has to be loud.
Product Details
Dress as your favorite dinosaur when you wear your exclusive Brontosaurus Costume for Kids! The unisex jumpsuit zips up the front and is made of soft green velour that has printed and textured with dinosaur scales. A pointed same-material tail is stuffed with fiberfill and sewn to the back of the jumpsuit. The hood features a long stuffed neck with a hole cut into its base for your face to poke through. It's topped with a stuffed brontosaurus head complete with printed and soft-sculpted facial features.

Size LargeSuch a cute concept, but designed all wrong. The opening for the face isn't nearly big enough and the shoulders don't sit at shoulder height as they do in the model picture, but are hiked up in the air. When the costume is positioned as correctly as it can be at the top (which is pretty bad, as mentioned), the top of the inseam gets yanked up. The only part that seems to have been sized to fit is the leg length, although even that isn't as long as it should be. We ordered a size L, like a kids 14 it said, but my average to small sized 11 year old can't wear it and it doesn't even work on his 9 year old brother. Disappointed.Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
