Beautiful, just as pictured/described. However, the bottom straps are too tight, my daughter feet were too wide to fit. I read the return policy afterwards.. apparently if you open the package you can’t return it.. the price is too costly to try another size.Was this review helpful to you?
Monster Responds...I'm sorry these didn't fit, and it sounds like there is some confusion regarding the return of certain items. We know that customers will need to try on their items, however as long as they are still in new/unused condition you are able to return them. The only exceptions here include undergarments, wigs, and anything that would be in a blister packaging. Shoes however can be returned and if you need further help with that, just reach out to Customer Service!
