A black collar has a polka-dotted pink ribbon bow at the neckline. A pair of black wrist cuffs slides on easily over your child's wrists. Each one is decorated with a polka-dotted pink bow, as are the matching ankle cuffs. The hood features floppy ears made of black chenille and two polka-dotted bows.
