Cool hat!
It's plastic with felt over, but it's not cheap like the ones you see on St. Patrick's Day. Fits well, looks great for Riddler costumes.
Only negative is the box it was packed in dented the hat as it's too tight to be packed in that size box. Luckily, this hat is good quality and popped right back into place with no damage at all.Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
