Your toddler will look absolutely spellbinding in this exclusive Pastel Tutu Toddler Witch Costume for Girls! The sweet and stylish dress is made of pretty fabric printed with a pattern of flying black bats on a pale pink, purple, and blue background. The top has black bodice details with criss-crossed ribbon, and a pink bow is sewn to the waistline. The tutu-style skirt has an underlayer of bat fabric trimmed in ruffles, and is topped with a layer of glittery black mesh. The matching black felt hat is decorated with a wide pink ribbon.

So cheap. Fell apart during try on. Pink ribbon and heart decor fell off immediately. Glitter falling off all over the floor. Hat crumpled beyond fixing.
