Height 4'11" | Weight 120 | Size SmallI purchased two of the size Large costumes for two girls that wear Size Small (4-6) in women's. It fits really good, I would say the sleeves may be a little snug for some, though these have stretch, I was worried it would be to small since most kids sizes are now a days.
