Design & Details
This pet costume starts with a breathable vest made to look like a sleeves blue dress. Hook-and-loop fasteners on the side and a securing belly strap. Fiber-filled arms on the vest make your pup look like they're standing on two legs and holding a wand. The outfit is finished with a super-soft hooded capelet with all-over glitter printed graphics and a large pink bowtie.
