The Joker's Philosophy, Delivered in Person
The Joker never needed a grand entrance. His power came from the pause before the punchline, the slow grin spreading across greasepaint, the casual way he made every room feel like his. Of course, that doesn't mean that the Joker didn't cause quite a stir every time he showed up anyway. He took that advice in spades when it came to his appearance in The Dark Knight, and if you're still recovering from his unsettling calm meets endlessly compelling characterization, it's time to bring him home.
Design & Details
Standing 73 inches tall, this DC Dark Knight Joker animatronic slowly moves his left arm to open his jacket and reveal the arsenal hidden inside. His right hand moves with a thumb-pull cord motion, selling every theatrical gesture. The signature purple coat, green vest, and painted face are all rendered in faithful film detail.
He also speaks. Direct quotes from the film let you relive each of your favorite moments, whether you're learning more about his scar-like smile, questioning, "Why so serious!?" or learning what makes madness and gravity so similar. Combined with this authentic outfit and detailed facial features, he's here to welcome everyone into an epic scene.
Give Your Yard the Last Laugh
Set him at your door and watch Halloween night become a performance. The Joker has always understood that the right moment, perfectly timed, is worth more than any trick. This year, your decoration makes that argument for you.

I’ve been really impressed with the Dark Knight Joker. The likeness is easily one of the strongest parts of the prop, and the face, clothing, and overall look capture Heath Ledger’s Joker really well.
The jacket animation is what really makes him stand out for me. Having him actually open his coat to reveal the grenades is such a specific moment from the movie, and it’s way more interesting than just giving him a basic arm movement. The head movement and actual lines from the film help sell it even more.
At $299.99, I also think the price is pretty reasonable for a licensed character with this much detail and a more unique animation. He looks just as good as a display piece as he does running in a Halloween setup.
I’m really glad HalloweenCostumes.com went with this version of Joker instead of doing something more generic. I’d love to see them keep expanding into other characters from The Dark Knight trilogy in the future, especially Scarecrow, Two-Face, or even a matching Batman.Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. Was this review helpful to you? - JohnHermsenBy I AM (not) BATMAN | September 17, 2026
The 6FT DC Dark Knight Joker prop is a really great rendition of the Joker portrayed by Heath Ledger. - And he's not just a static prop. Up to no good he opens his jacket to reveal that his hand is connected to a number of grenades via a trigger wire. Fans of the Batman franchise or Heath Ledger will be mesmerized by this awesome animatronic.Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. Was this review helpful to you? - NinaBy Current Customer | September 15, 2026

This Joker animatronic is a MUST HAVE for comic book fans and just superhero movie fans in general. The accuracy is insane, and I love the cleverness of the animation. For $300, this can't be beat! I would love to see HalloweenCostumes.com make some animatronics of Two-Face, The Scarecrow, The Penguin, and Dark Knight Batman in the future. There is so much potential for this company and I love what they are doing!!Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. Was this review helpful to you? - Five StarsBy Justin Nunez | September 27, 2026
This prop is just unbelievably impressive in person. Ever since the launch videos I knew I was going to purchase him and he did not disappoint. Mine does have an issue with the head motor and unfortunately there aren't replacement parts, but customer service was very helpful. Would definitely recommend for both year round decor and for Halloween!Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. Was this review helpful to you? - Benjamin R SchisselBy My girlfriend is going to love this!!! | September 25, 2026
