Design & Details
The cloak is constructed from textured fabric, which gives it that layered, dramatic drape you see throughout the films. The cloak clasp is molded plastic and designed to replicate the one Palpatine wears on screen, which is a small detail that true fans can appreciate.
The robe and waist tie are made from a midweight poly woven twill, structured enough to hold its shape as you sweep imperiously from room to room. The molded latex mask is sculpted to Palpatine's likeness. The whole costume is officially licensed from STAR WARS, so every piece is built to match the source material.
