Rose Nylund told stories that started in Minnesota, wandered through Viking folklore, and somehow ended with a moral about geese… sometimes all in one scene! She brought cheesecake to every crisis and warmth to every room. That particular brand of gentle, unstoppable sweetness is genuinely hard to replicate, but this Golden Girls Rose Costume costume gives you a solid running start.
Design & Details
The dress is made from opaque poly chiffon in pink with a cowl neckline and a matte poly satin under bodice. Long bishop sleeves add that signature blouson volume, and structured shoulder pads give the silhouette its era-accurate shape. A satin bow belt at the center front ties it all together.
The full, flared skirt features godets for extra movement, and the cuffs fasten with faux pearl shank buttons. A lapped zipper closes at the back. The included short, curly platinum wig replicates Rose's signature look, and a printed "98" number sign rounds out the set.
