A lot of popular and constantly busy big box stores have now installed greeters at their doors. It's a nice little thing to do, makes it all a little more folksy and quaint but, as a Halloween company, we think these greeters just aren't scary enough. Maybe you're with us on this... a greeting can be friendly, but wouldn't it be better, especially in October, to be scary? This Gruesome Greeter has an apt name and will conjure up plenty of screams in trick or treaters, and possibly the mail carrier. While we don't expect to see these at the grocery store anytime soon, your house can be much different, much spookier with this unique skeleton decor.
Questions & Answers
Q: Dose this prop have a metal base? And is it just one balanced pole holding it straight inside?
(1 Answer)
Asked by Autumn | November 4, 2025
Monster Responds...
The base is a 5-piece assembly rather than a single metal base, and the pole is a 2-piece design that holds the figure upright. Our product details don't specify the base material, but the whole setup is designed to be easy to assemble and supports the figure at a full 72 inches tall once everything is put together.(AI Generated Answer)
Q: Hi, does this light up or have any sound?thank you (1 Answer)

Monster Responds...
This greeter doesn't light up or make sound. It's a poseable display figure, standing 72 inches tall with arms that span up to 4 feet, and it includes the torso, head, wings, a 5-piece base, and a 2-piece pole for assembly.(AI Generated Answer)
Q: This is a very nice looking prop, is it "Not" animitronic? (just curious)

Monster Responds...
You're right to ask! This greeter is a static prop, not animatronic. It stands 72 inches tall once assembled and the arms are poseable with a span of up to 4 feet, so you can set a dramatic pose, but it won't move on its own.(AI Generated Answer)
Q: Can this be an outdoor decoration (1 Answer)
Asked by Anonymous | September 9, 2023
Monster Responds...
Our product type for this figure is Outdoor/Home Decorations, so yes, it's built for exactly that use. At 72 inches tall with a poseable arm span of up to 4 feet, it makes a serious statement at the end of a driveway or front porch. The base and stand pole assemble easily, so setup outdoors is straightforward.(AI Generated Answer)
