Design & Details
The striped wrap halter top crosses at the front for that signature early-aughts silhouette. The acid wash mini skirt sits low and comes with a chain belt looped through the waistband, which is doing a lot of the right work. Both pieces are designed to move together as a complete look.
The cap and attached long blonde wig are where the whole thing snaps into focus. The wig hangs down in straight, streaked layers from under the cap brim. One accessory handles the hair and the hat simultaneously, which is genuinely efficient for a look this maximalist.
