Design & Details
The costume includes a pullover mini dress made from stretchy polyester knit fabric, so your kiddo can bust out the moves without any costume drama. The bell sleeves are wide and swingy, perfect for spinning around with maximal flair. The hemline has just enough flare to bring full 70s flower-power energy into every step, skip, and slide.
