Design & Details
The dome-shaped helmet features a metallic lamé exterior with silver and blue accent panels, foam interior structure, polyfil stuffing for shape, and an elastic chin strap to keep it secure. The multi-panel construction includes topstitched seam details across the dome and brim that give it a genuinely finished, sculpted look.
The padded body tunic features sublimated or screen-printed R2-D2 artwork with blue topstitched accents and closes easily with hook and loop tape at the back. Cylindrical arm pieces attach at the sides for that signature droid silhouette, and foam-constructed ankle cuffs taper into trapezoidal foot extensions to complete the look from dome to feet.
