The top is a sheer black mesh sleeveless shirt with a clerical collar built in. The collar is the whole joke and also the whole costume. It reads "priest" immediately, even as everything else reads "very much not a traditional priest."
The boxer shorts are black with a bold gold cross graphic centered on the front. The set is simple, coordinated, and direct. Two pieces, one very clear aesthetic direction, zero ambiguity about what kind of party this is for.
