These wings were great for puny costume of a VW Beetle. For the price the wings are good quality and are actually really colorful. I hung them in the window to warm them up to help get the folds from shipping out and they looked like stained glass. They are easy to adjust and very comfortable to wear. Depending on how you tighten them they can either hang closed at your back or spread open a little. These wings were higher quality than I expected! They arrived bent from shipping; however, flattening them for a day or two under a heavy book should work fine. These wings are larger than I thought and are beautiful! The iridescent material really bring these to life when in the light and are semi-transparent which allows the black lining (only printed on one side) to be seen on both sides. Second purchase of these wings to create dragonfly fairy wings. Quality is same as initial purchase, wings are large and iridescent. The black lining is only printed on one side but you can see it on the other side. Material is thick enough for attaching to wire frame.
