Design & Details
This adorable Scarecrow Costume for Kids starts off with a familiar pair of blue overalls designed to look like denim, which have a comfy elastic waistband. The printed patchwork shirt secures in the back with hook and loop fastener, and its pattern features subtle fall colors. Those same colors are reflected in matching patches that appear on the hat and pants.
Raffia "straw" is sewn to the pant cuffs, shirt cuffs, and neckline of the shirt to help achieve a traditional scarecrow aesthetic. And of course, we included a pointy hat to provide the finishing detail. A bit of face paint can establish the outfit as either cute or creepy, and you can always add any accessories you like to personalize it further!
