A New Look of a Fan-Favorite Droid
R2-D2 has saved the Rebellion, carried secret plans across the galaxy, and had plenty more to say that we all probably missed. (Need more Binary language classes, we suppose!) But we all agree that he's a legend. Now the littlest STAR WARS™ fan in your house gets to dress up just like that epic astromech, rolling into Halloween with our Deluxe R2-D2 Costume for Kids.
Design & Details
The dome-shaped helmet uses a foam interior and polyfil stuffing to hold its rounded shape, and the outer surface is covered in stretch metallic lamé with silver and blue accent panels. Topstitched seam details are visible on the dome and brim, and an elastic chin strap keeps it secure during all that heroic beeping around the neighborhood.
The body is a padded tunic in white poly jersey, with R2-D2 panel artwork printed across the front and a hook-and-loop back closure for easy on and off. Cylindrical arm pieces attach at the sides, and structured ankle cuffs with trapezoidal foot extensions complete the look with the right blocky silhouette.
