Her gauzy black robes create an eerie see-through effect, and her skull head and skeleton hands offer another element of spookiness. She's wearing a classic black witch cap over her frayed gray hair, and her eyes glow bright red at the sight of Halloween revelry. She's holding a wooden sign that says, simply "Welcome."
