I tried the entire costume on to make sure I'd enjoy it on Halloween. I love these tights. They fit very well but I'm average height (5'7/67in/170cm) and weight (164lbs/74kg). They will stop at thigh high but can be worn higher. They are perfect and they fit the aesthetic of the costume perfectly. I don't think I need the garters but I don't want to put holes in them with the costume's stocking bow pins. The price was perfect as well.
