Package arrived with no assembly instructions. It was fairly easy to set-up, but the box included a cut-out foam pad that doesn't seem to have any reason to be there and the broom doesn't seem to have a specific way to attach to the mechanical stand (there are no obvious openings in the stand that match with the same shaped opening in the broom). With no directions, I tried to place the broom on the stand in several different positions and some worked with the stand motion and some did not. I did not find any position that gave a graceful left-to-right motion as described on the website. It is possible that a connection piece is missing, but there is no way to know that without some type of assembly instructions. I went to the website to see if any instructions could be found on the site but so far I have not found any.
