I ordered the hat expecting it to be true to size and actually fit between 22 and 25 inches in circumference. Boy was i wrong, the hat at best maybe fits to 22 inches in circumference on a good day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HAT!Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
