Product Description This Women's Pirate Costume features a 100% polyester dress with elastic around the collar to allow it to be worn on or off the shoulders. For additional comfort, the dress also has an elastic waistband. The tattered collar, sash, sleeves, and bottom of the dress give it that authentic pirate look. The red headband is also included.
