It's a slinky silver-gray number made of stretchy 90% nylon/10% spandex knit. The entire dress is covered with multiple tiers of long swaying fringe. The shoulder straps from the front V-neck meet at center back and are anchored to the dress with a fabric bow. The headband has black sequins on a wide elastic band, with an fluffy upright ostrich feather. The finishing touch is a long necklace of faux-pearl beads.
