The dress is 100% polyester and is designed to look like a long coat worn over a pretty, cream colored frock. The red jacket has a collar that gradually forms into two lapels that come down to the bust. These two lapels lace together with blue ribbon corset style. Each side of the jacket has four gold buttons and other gold details. The dress that appears under the jacket consists of off-white decorative lace over a solid cream layer. The sleeves have more gold buttons and an underlay of the dress material. The back of the dress has a zipper to secure the garment. The belt is brown and has a gold buckle.
