Customer Service Representative Team Lead is currently seeking members to join their customer service department as Customer Service Team Leads. As a lead, these individuals will assist the Customer Service Manager in training Customer Service Representatives to create a world class shopping experience for our customers.


Position Responsibilities

  • Ensure representatives provide excellent customer service by:
  • Monitoring and grading calls
  • Reviewing emails
  • Assist and coach in all types of communications
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Train both seasonal and non seasonal representatives
  • Follow company policies while effectively handling escalated communications
  • Assist Customer Service Representatives, as needed by:
  • Handling a high volume of calls
  • Monitor orders for inaccurate information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Provide customers with exceptional product knowledge
  • Promptly answer inbound calls and emails in a polite, positive manner
  • Provide friendly and consistent customer service
  • Maintain and clean the customer service center


Desired Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience setting and meeting goals and deadlines
  • Positive leadership experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • English language proficiency
