This toddler storybook costume is an excellent idea for Halloween! The Raggedy Andy costume includes a jumpsuit that is made from a poly/cotton/rayon blend and ties at the back of the neck for closure. The top features a black bow, white collar and a white, blue and red plaid print (please note the colors vary slightly from picture). The pants are blue and are accented with two, red buttons. The blue and white hat has an attached red yarn wig and the red and white striped socks complete the look. Great with our toddler Raggedy Ann costume!
