This Halloween costume has a classic sailor look with a sexy twist! The costume includes a white, sailor hat with an anchor and heart appliques on the front. It accents the blue, off-the-shoulder dress that zips in the back for closure. It has long sleeves and is made from a polyester and spandex blend. The top, bottom and sleeves are trimmed in white and the same anchor appliques are at the top. A large heart with two anchors are fastened on the right hip as well as another heart applique on the back. The included white scarf ties around the neck for a complete look.
