We don't know about your dog, but our dog eats pretty much everything. We're talking hot dogs that fell on the floor, old tennis shoes left inside of a gym bag, big clumps of grass from the backyard—you name it and he's probably eaten it. His favorite though? Spinach. It's got us thinking that maybe, in another lifetime, he was sailing the high seas and saving Olive Oyl from some dangerous situations!

This officially licensed costume transforms your pooch in the Popeye, the iconic comic and cartoon character from the 1930s. The costume is designed to look like the classic sailor outfit and comes complete with a pair of beefy arms attached to the sides. The arms have Popeye's anchor tattoos on them and one of them even gets to hold a fake can of spinach. Finally, the costume comes with a sailor hat with "Popeye" printed on the front! Your pup will be ready to save the day and eat a little bit of spinach when he wears this adorable costume!

My terrier pup is 20 lbs and the Large fits perfectly, so did the hat! It is made well, altho the felt spinach can is flimsy but appropriate for the costume. The bulky muscle arms are hysterical! The thick foam hat stays in place nicely. The large velcro pieces on the back holds the costume in place. Seems the back is a tad longer than other "walking" costumes, which is nice. I just love this costume! He looks so adorable! Can't wait to take him to his Halloween parties!Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?

She said no to the hat but OMG love this.... XL was too big for 8m golden lab (she will grow into it) but it was hysterical tied up!
This costume NEEDS A PUPPY WARNING!
There is a gold plastic rectangular button (belt buckle) if your dog is a chewer REMOVE IMMEDIATELY) I had to dig this out of Lola's throat!
She broke it as soon as I put it on her & boom stuck in her throat... super amazing costume I embroidered gold threat in its place!
