It is made from a polyester/cotton blend and ties at the back of the neck for closure. A white apron is attached to the dress and elastic lines the top for the perfect fit. White bloomers are worn under dress and are also made from a polyester/cotton blend. The bloomers waist and ankles are also lined with elastic.
