It consists of a blue jumpsuit that is filled with padding in the chest and upper arms for a muscular look. The jumpsuit features the ranger's operation number, 2, on the chest in yellow and has grey, black and white accents. A silver Power Rangers buckle slides onto the attached, foam belt. The belt is black and also velcros in the back. Complete the look with the Blue Ranger mask. The half, plastic mask is held to the face with elastic and has slits for the eyes and mouth.
